Age Group Development
Under 14 Boys
The focus will be on key areas such as technical skills, physical
conditioning, mental toughness, and strategic understanding of the game.
Incorporate regular practice sessions to refine strokes, footwork, and shot
selection. Implement a well-rounded fitness programme emphasizing
agility, endurance, and strength training to enhance on-court performance
Under 18 Boys
Enhance technical skills, improve physical conditioning, build mental
resilience, and deepen strategic insights. Utilize advanced drills to refine
strokes, court positioning, and shot variety, elevating overall proficiency.
Broaden tactical understanding through match simulations, opponent
analysis, and refining strategic decision-making.
Training
Training sessions will be scheduled for five days a week, running from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Technical Training
Two (2) days will be dedicated to technical training
Fitness
Fitness sessions will be scheduled in the mornings
One-on-One
One-on-one training with elite level players to prepare for national trials.
